Key Account Manager (German/English)

Job Description:

Do you enjoy customer service on various topics such as answering inquiries from our sports betting site, online casino, payment transactions and much more? Do you like sports and are always up to date?

Your tasks:

• Interface between Extramile and our various partners
• Support of management and participation in projects
• Process improvement in operations
• Support of quality management
• Assisting in answering customer inquiries in German and English by email, phone, live chat, post and fax
• Update of our knowledge database with a content management system (Confluence)
• Keep up to date with our partner's products, processes, promotions and special offers

We are looking for:

• Friendly and motivated people who like to go the "extra mile"
• Fluent in German (native level, written and spoken) and a good level of English
• Very good communication skills
• Experience with MS Office and Confluence are an advantage
• Experience in customer service and/or iGaming (sports betting, casino, lottery) are an asset
• Good mood and friendliness combined with professionalism
• Independent work and teamwork

Intern/Trainee (German/English)

Your tasks:

• Support of management and participation in projects
• Process improvement in operations

• Maintenance and improvement of the website
• Assisting in answering customer inquiries in German and English by email, phone, live chat, post and fax
• Update of our knowledge database with a content management system (Confluence)
• Keep up to date with our partner's products, processes, promotions and special offers

We are looking for:

• Students of business administration, business informatics, computer science or similar courses
• Very good computer and MS Office skills. Experience with Confluence would be a great asset
• Fluent in German (native level, written and spoken) and a good level of English
• Good mood and friendliness combined with professionalism
• Independent work and teamwork
• At least 6 months internship
